Privacy Impact Assessment on the HybridApp

Title

Privacy Impact Assessment on the HybridApp

Description

The HybridApp is a personal attestation tool that allows employees to share their weekly in-office presence with their manager and was created to help managers monitor the minimum onsite requirements of employees as outlined in the Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) hybrid work requirements and in alignment with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat Direction on prescribed presence in the workplace. The HybridApp allows for a consistent monitoring approach across the department, eliminating the need for managers to rely on other monitoring methods.
