Canada’s National Housing Strategy: Funding programs
Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) is now responsible for reporting on National Housing Strategy (NHS) progress. As a result, NHS information can now be found here.
The current National Housing Strategy website, managed by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, will be decommissioned in early 2025.
Canada's National Housing Strategy offers funding through a variety of programs and initiatives. It makes investments in housing working in partnership with non-profits, developers and government entities to increase housing supply and improve quality and affordability.
