The Transit Facility Rooftop Solar Project in Airdrie, Alberta embraces the power of renewable energy sources. As the community’s second rooftop solar panel system, it includes 1,024 solar panels and is estimated to reduce greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to removing 63 passenger vehicles from the road each year.
