Canada Community-Building Fund in Newfoundland and Labrador

The Canada Community-Building Fund (CCBF) provides up-front, predictable long-term funding to help address local infrastructure priorities. Over the next five years, the CCBF will invest over $168 million in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, starting with $32.1 million in 2024-2025.

The first transfer of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, in the amount of $16,072,141.50 has been received by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.

CCBF supports community growth by providing funding to infrastructure projects that can contribute to the increase of housing supply and affordability.
