Canada Community-Building Fund in British Columbia

The Canada Community-Building Fund (CCBF) provides up-front, predictable long-term funding to help address local infrastructure priorities. The renewal of this 10-year agreement was announced on July 3, 2024. Over the next five years, the CCBF will invest over $1.6 billion in the province of British Columbia, starting with $313 million in 2024-2025.

CCBF supports community growth by providing funding to infrastructure projects that can contribute to the increase of housing supply and affordability.

Canada-British Columbia Administrative Agreement

The renewal of this agreement means that the critical infrastructure that supports housing will continue to be built, maintained, and expanded in British Columbia.
