Canada Community-Building Fund in British Columbia

The Canada Community-Building Fund (CCBF) provides up-front, predictable long-term funding to help address local infrastructure priorities. Over the next five years, the CCBF will invest over $1.6 billion in the province of British Columbia, starting with $313 million in 2024-2025. 

The first transfer of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, in the amount of $156,524,277.50, has been received by the Union of British Columbia Municipalities, who administers the CCBF in British Columbia.

CCBF supports community growth by providing funding to infrastructure projects that can contribute to the increase of housing supply and affordability.
