Canada Community-Building Fund in Alberta

The Canada Community-Building Fund (CCBF) provides up-front, predictable long-term funding to help address local infrastructure priorities. Over the next five years, the CCBF will invest over $1.3 billion in the province of Alberta, starting with $265 million in 2024-2025.

The first transfer of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, in the amount of $132,573,642.50, has been received by the Government of Alberta.

CCBF supports community growth by providing funding to infrastructure projects that can contribute to the increase of housing supply and affordability.
